Whitney Wilson has practiced law in Louisville, Kentucky since 2004. We offer comprehensive and holistic legal advice for all of your Kentucky and Indiana elder law concerns. This area of law includes Medicaid Planning , V.A. Benefits, Special Needs Planning, and Estate Planning. Our office in the heart of St. Matthews in Louisville, KY offers free parking and is handicap accessible. We can visit you in your home, or a hospital or nursing home facility if you cant come to our office.
We have years of experience in the area of elder law and estate planning, which has given us the opportunity to practice in wide variety of other areas, including litigation, business, contracts, and real estate. Our backgrounds and knowledge helps us help our clients.
Our families are here in Louisville, Kentucky, and some of them have had health care problems. We know how difficult it can be to make some of the decisions that people have to make when their health isnt as good as it used to be.
