Firm Description
Moran Law Firm Overview
Our population is aging and there has never been a greater need for nursing home abuse lawyers, elder abuse lawyers, assisted living abuse lawyers and home health elder abuse lawyers to defend the health, safety and rights of seniors and their families. That is why Moran Law is here to help.
Senior citizens are vulnerable to not only negligence but a variety of common abuses, including scenarios that involve abuse that is physical, mental and financial. These abuses can be obvious and abrupt, or subtle and prolonged. Seniors in an assisted living facility, nursing care or with a caretaker are particularly vulnerable, as they may be separated from family and friends, or their condition could prevent them from effectively looking out for themselves.
